Joining Nottingham Credit Union
Joining the Credit Union is easy and quick. You can download a membership application form here. Simply fill in the form and take it to your nearest collection point, along with two forms of ID (one proof of identity, such as a passport, and one proof of address, such as a recent utility bill). A list of collection points, and the times that they are open, is available here.Alternatively, you can post the application form to us, at the address at the bottom of this page. You would then have to supply us with the ID when you make your first deposit at a collection point.
If, on the other hand, you are having trouble downloading the form from here – or if you just prefer to do it the old fashioned way – then you can simply ring us at the office and we’ll pop one in the post for you.
Then, once you’ve joined, you can come to a collection point and make your first deposit. We will take £3 from this deposit as a joining fee, but this is the only fee you will ever have to pay. You can deposit as much or as little as you wish, as frequently or infrequently as you want.
Note that if you want to apply for a loan, you must pay your joining fee before we can process your application.

Our one proviso is that, by law, we can only allow people
to join if they live or work within our common bond area: in other words,
if they live or work within Nottingham City, or the boroughs of Broxtowe, Gedling, and Rushcliffe. If this does not apply to
